The Sherman Oaks Galleria is
private property. The guidelines below are not inclusive of all
business and safety concerns. They are presented to encourage
persons invited upon our property to enjoy our environment.
Failing to comply with the following guidelines may result in a
request to leave the property. Failing to leave the property is
a misdemeanor violation of 41.24 d LAMC.
1. Physical force, verbal threats, aggressive and/or a hostile
demeanor, use of obscene language or gestures, and/or any
racial, religious or ethnic slurs, burning or discharging a foul
substance, etc., are prohibited.
2. Disturbing the routine business atmosphere with such acts as,
but not limited to, loitering without a business purpose,
running, yelling, and music/noises from any source deemed by
Security to be a nuisance.
3. Contributing to a potential safety hazard by operating a
moving conveyance, such as skateboarding, bicycling, skating,
etc. in or around the property
4. Defacing, or otherwise damaging property of the Sherman Oaks
Galleria, its tenants or patrons.
5. Obstructing the free flow of vehicle or pedestrian traffic is
prohibited.
6. Bringing animals onto the Sherman Oaks Galleria property is
generally prohibited for patron comfort & health considerations;
except service animals.
7. Failing to be fully clothed or wearing of apparel, which is
likely to provoke a disturbance, or embroil a group or person in
a verbal or physical conflict.
8. Possession of any article defined as a weapon, whether legal
or illegal is prohibited; Federal, State and local law
enforcement are exempted. |
9. Possession of any
illegal narcotic substance is prohibited, as is any open
container with the odor of an alcoholic beverage outside
designated patio areas.
10. Littering of any kind is prohibited.
11. The following activities require pre-authorization from
Sherman Oaks Galleria Management: Expressive Activity,
Solicitation or distribution of promotional materials,
Commercial/Professional Photography.
Management Office Hours: Mon-Fri. 9:00 am – 5:00 p.m.
12. Assembly for the purpose of disturbing the public peace or
committing an unlawful act.
13. The relocation of Plaza furniture such as tables, chairs,
and trash receptacles is prohibited. Any activity in or on the
perimeter ledges of the water features is not allowed.
14. Not complying with any direction issued by a Sherman Oaks
Galleria security officer or member of the Management Team is
grounds for being “BANNED” from the property.
15. Per LAMC 45.03 – No persons under the age of 18 are
permitted on the property past 10:00 p.m. unless accompanied by
a Parent or Legal Guardian.
16. The Sherman Oaks Galleria supports the NO SMOKING
regulations as set forth in the LAMC and in addition has a
DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA policy. Thank you for helping us provide
